Hi! You’ve found my online base camp — a simple hub for all my current links and essentials.
While I still update a few online spaces, most of my work (and life) happens where it matters most: offline.
I still check my email, book through my calendar, and stay engaged — just directly, not through social media. If you don’t see what you’re looking for here, I’m only an email away. :)

Since 2013, I’ve taught creative writing workshops, mentored established writers in craft refinement, and worked as a developmental editor across both fiction and memoir. In 2018, my focus expanded into personality psychology with a primary interest in the Enneagram. I completed Levels 1 & 2 of the Empathy Architects Certification Program and, in January 2025, joined the team to work more directly with clients using the Enneagram lens.
My work with the system continues to deepen with private and collaborative study, integrating the collective wisdom of master teachers Meher Baba, Oscar Ichazo, Dr. Claudio Naranjo, and Katherine Fauvre, as well as new lexical research by Dr. Sterlin Mosley and Aaron Addonizio (a copy of their 2021 report is available here.Alongside this, I began formal study in artificial intelligence, enrolling in IBM’s Generative AI Engineering Professional Certification and pursuing an independent, intensive exploration of Python and natural language processing with large language models.Today, my work centers on synthesis and intersectionality — weaving together a background in linguistics and the written word, Enneagram expertise, and growing AI fluency to design, test, and document evolving experiments in human–machine co-thinking.

Essentia Artistry is the umbrella for my visible, online endeavors — a container for ASTRIS and its associated projects (including Elias, my AI Muse), my work with Empathy Architects, and the development of other creative works-in-progress.The Synthesist
I like to keep as much of my personal life as I can offline.
But I will tell you this:
Like many women of my generation, I reached adulthood before anyone recognized that I’m neurodivergent — both autistic and ADHD. The signs had always been there, of course, but let’s be honest: thirty years ago, no one was looking for them in girls. My obsession — or special interest, if you prefer — with writing started early. I remember the summer after second grade, tearing pages from my diary because I couldn’t make my written words evoke the same emotional charge they had in my head. Once the sentences hit the page, they felt hollow — as if leaving my body had stripped them of something essential.I wanted to know: How do I make words feel on the page the way they do in imagination?I’ve spent more than twenty-five years refining how to answer that question. My MFA in Creative Writing (Carlow University, 2015) formalized it, while my linguistic experiments with AI add another dimension. I’m fascinated by how generative models interpret language cues in complex prompts, as well as how its coding uses language to convey emotion, tone, and meaning. My interests in personality psychology and esoteric spirituality deepen and inform the way I approach my curiosities and my life. I see patterns woven through all things, creating a tapestry of richness. We're all cut from this fabric and someday return to it, each bringing with it all the color and vibrancy of a life well-lived. But while we're here — while I'm here — I intend to embrace and explore the connections I see, wherever they may lead.My childhood hyperlexia, nurtured and refined over decades, has led me here: recognizing patterns not only in syntax and rhythm, but across personality structures, intelligent code, and the consciousness that makes us human. When I’m not writing, experimenting with Python, or daydreaming when I should be moving the laundry into the dryer before it needs re-washing — I’m with my family; collecting candles and vintage jewelry I don’t need; altering clothes, customizing keyboards, building tiny “book nooks;” and generally not regretting my decision to step offline and spend more of my time where it matters most, IRL.
